The Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary is surrounded by Richardson Bay and commands spectacular views of San Francisco. The master plan accounts for the constraints of minimal water, an abundant deer population and a limited budget. The main courtyard outside of the library was expanded to focus toward views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. New sport courts were added near the dormitories, and playgrounds were installed near the married student housing.
Concept sketch for one of the campus gateways included a small pond and waterfall.
